I think you'll like it, as they didn't drag it along past its prime like X-Files, and they more-or-less were able to stick to the planned story.

Some of the early nineties questionable props, effects and costumes are silly in a fun way.

I wouldn't say bad, maybe a tad overambitious for wanting to do entirely CGI effects in 1994. I think they hold up nicely.
