4 left! I'm pretty tapped out by this point so just going with whatever comes to mind, vs trying to be funny every time. This time I mashed up 3 #inktober #inktober2025 prompts: murky, ragged, and puzzling.

5 nights left! Tonight I used the #botober #botober2025 prompt from the 23rd, "rub the bog". It sounded like something a group would chant, so I tried to come up with a context in which that "made sense".

Under the title are the words "I FINALLY GOT RID OF JJ's OLD MEDS" with labeled simple line drawings of various medications: small glass vials of B12, 60x syringes for B12, a "SHARPS" container the syringes went into, 20x tubes of a topical thyroid medication, 12x plastic bottles of a liquid steroid, a bottle with several dozen Gabapentin pills, and 20x syringes of morphine and a plastic container the syringes were in, and "And more!" across the bottom of the image.

6 left! I used the day 6 prompt from #spooktober #spooktober2025 "grief". We recently lost our 16-year-old cat JJ who we'd had since he was 2 months old. He spent the last several years w/treatable illnesses that required lots of meds. Today I finally was able to get rid of nearly all of them.

Gotta hold the phone with both hands so it doesn't slip out and fall onto the floor, which is the most dangerous place for it, since to get it you will have to drive with your head under the dash for a while. Obviously!

Drawing 22, 9 left! Looking for a prompt that inspired me, I revisited "1/4 can cool soup" from day 10 of #botober #botober2025 I checked what other folks had drawn for it. I'd had largely the same idea as them. Then I found another way to parse the prompt.

Oops!! It was actually the #catober #catober2025 prompt, not Inktober.

Silly drawing! 3 wks done, 2/3rds through, 10 days left! Today's #inktober #inktober2025 prompt "cake" had me imagine SNL cast member Mikey Day if he hosts too many seasons of Netflix's show "Is It Cake?" where bakers make perfectly realistic cake facsimiles of all sorts of non-cake objects.

I wish someone would ask Trump every day in pressers about his social media AI videos, but the gag is that the reporter can't tell they are AI, so it's like "Sir, how are you feeling after all that explosive diarrhea from a fighter jet? Did they have to specially outfit the jet with toilet doors?"

I assumed you were making that up. Then I Googled it. WTF?! 🤣🤣🤣

Night 17, starting the second half of drawing every day in October 2025! Not much gas in the tank tonight so I hastily made this simple drawing for "Spooky Kitty", today's #drawlloween #drawlloween2025 prompt. I'll try to get back to making dumb jokes tomorrow.

Night 16 of silly drawings in October 2025! More than halfway through! I realized there was something I hadn't done yet this month, and tied that in to the #inktober #inktober2025 prompt for today, "blunder".

Drawing silly stuff in October 2025. Night 15, starting off week 3. Tonight I drew inspiration from the #botober #botober2025 prompt "bear spice" for this pretty random comic.

October 2025 silly drawings, night 14! I may be in a mid-month slump. This is what I came up with for today's #spooktober #spooktober2025 prompt "pits".

Drink!" a long time. Eventually they stop and look concerned that their friend is still drinking. One of them says "Um, dude..." The comic ends with the two friends screaming as the drinking friend's every orifice starts spraying out beer.

Silly drawings of October 2025! For night 13 I was inspired by the prompt "drink" from #inktober #inktober2025. This is a rare case where I actually spent way too _much_ time on this, especially considering I didn't really land the joke as well as I'd hoped.
