the back of my hand is where i finally saw the little tube!! i tell you i was rewriting my entire history lol. the elbow had been the same so if i had known i could’ve bent it and seen the blown up arm much earlier. i can’t be too picky with veins cos mine are useless 👎

they put an iv in the crook of my elbow which i HATE bc then i can never move/use that arm, but i was so sick i only tried to tell them once it hurt. many hours later my arm is hard & twice its normal size cos they put it in my flesh not my vein & i didn’t know cos i hadn’t bent my arm all day 😡😭🙃

#til that iv’s are placed with a needle only to insert a fine flexible plastic tube 🤯 wtf?? i’ve had many iv’s & my veins suck so i’m always worried about the gd needle in there…does everyone but me already know this?? i have major vein anxiety (no prob with needles)…maybe they could’ve told me? 😭
