It's Tuvix from Voyager. He is wearing clothes that evoke both the Star Fleet uniform and Neelix's patterned and layered aesthetic.

My #startrek theory: Some dedicated and genre-savvy Star Fleet Engineer wrote a subroutine for when the transporter detects it is merging two people but can't prevent it. This subroutine calls a quick tailoring program that generates a fitting and thematic uniform for the merge. Hence Tuvix's Fit.

I decided that actually this knight goblin (in the photo of the painted miniature) is a previous iteration of Gremily the goblin who then became the green stuff sculpt you can see here. But I've also made lots of changes to this sculpt so that Gremily can be just so goblinny.

It took my sister buying a couple decorative crows there for me to realize Menards is basically Food 'n' Stuff from Parks and Rec
