The unrest we are seeing outside hotels housing asylum seekers and in our communities is unacceptable. The protests are the result of the deliberate spread of myths and lies about asylum seekers and refugees and are being stoked by far right

We need real grassroots community activism, people from within the community standing up to make change, bussing in activists from outside is not a sustainable approach!
People that speak the language, communicate on a level, part of their community!

That was my exact ranking as well, followed by RON in both cases. So needless to say I think your judgement was excellent.

Mothin has engaged with LGBT+ people and stated that he stands alongside us and will always defend us against attacks.

He doesn't agree with the pledge system. He says track record is what people should focus on, so he doesn't give pledges. I agree. Anti-racist pledges look very empty at times.

I've voted in the Green Party elections.

Leader was easy.

- Mothin Ali
- Rachel Millward
- Ani Townsend
- Frank Adlington-Stringer

We need to start describing supporters of FPTP as opponents of democracy. Millions go unrepresented. UK governments are invariably elected by a minority. We're so used to FPTP that many think of PR as a radical alternative system. That's wrong. PR is democracy. FPTP is not.
