SCOTUS is going to have to get a bit more proactive before I'll believe they are resetting their sails. Quit whipping cases through the shadow docket. Refuse to hear patently unlawful cases. Quit overturning well adjudicated cases from lower courts. 2 bricks does not build a wall.

The reality is nobody truly knows who/what can break through in Texas and how much Abbott has the system rigged against democrats.

Both Talarico and Crockett are terrific and much needed in this fight against fascism.

This was Friday, Feb. 20th after about 35 students from Quakertown High School in PA walked out around 11:30 a.m in peaceful protest of ICE.

Local police showed up and physically assaulted two students without provocation.
