I've maintained this idea for years, and think it should be adopted by LibDems or Greens. It'd make the roads safer, drivers wiser and give a big boost to the licence prep bit of the economy.

It's excellent. I've wonder if the BBC could make no response and ignore Trump, but he'd probably attack BBC Worldwide.
