It’s so hot in my office I just blinked and lost a tablespoon of electrolytes.

Buzzing to say I’m writing a new mini-sitcom for ITV Signpost to help teach kids BSL. It’s got lo-fi spies, headmaster sabotage, and school chaos. Think: MI5 meets the lost property drawer.

Got 5 projects on the go. None finished. All thriving in the “promising start, no follow-through” phase.

Every time I sit down to finish something, another idea taps me on the shoulder with a better outfit.

I have too many tabs open. In my browser, in my brain, and in my general approach to life.

No more avoiding cutting the hedge. It’s now blocking the Wi-Fi signal and scaring the dog.

Sunny Saturday. Chips too hot to eat properly. Fingers covered in salt. Nothing to fix. No notes.

It's sunny! Which always feels like a dare. Like, “Go on, make some plans. See what happens.”

Four hours in now and I’m no longer “sorting it out”, I’m just moving dirt around out of spite.

Spent the morning sorting the garden but the only thing that grows out there is resentment.

There's no confident way to chase a ping-pong ball, only varying levels of dignity loss.

Today we celebrate the miracle of me fitting 27 mini eggs into my mouth at once.

Just watched The Death of Stalin again. What a masterpiece of sweaty, anxious comedy.
