"Designer? Founder? Innovator? These words don't describe men, but God alone. By Him all things were created, and for Him we now build."
[It's an ad for an app where AI does sports betting for you.]
He had no choice but to say things were indescribable because the term he kept arriving at was โbig toiletโ

07.02.2026 22:56 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Including a system to automatically grind up your massive piles of unwanted swords at various points throughout a mission perhaps suggests that there are too many swords.
07.02.2026 02:12 โ ๐ 4 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Today I literally began typing "do you want an--" and my phone, rather than guessing the word "anything" to produce what must be one of the most commonly texted phrases in the English language, instead guessed "annexing."
06.02.2026 02:09 โ ๐ 3 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0I think it's cool that predictive autocorrect, one of the only things that a "what would somebody usually say here" AI model is truly suited to handle, still for some reason sucks.
06.02.2026 02:06 โ ๐ 5 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0If Iโm vaporized after being rear-ended by a stock Honda Civic going 150mph for no reason, Iโm going to be so mad. At least Mad Max it a little.
05.02.2026 20:59 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0I think legal penalties should be higher if you drive like a psychopath weaving through traffic but your car isnโt even cool.
05.02.2026 20:57 โ ๐ 2 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0I of course had to google this and yes those are definitely some unfortunate top results.

03.02.2026 06:13 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Wo Long boss called Taotie. He's some kind of huge demon, I don't even know what I'm looking at. All red with big fangs, horns, some random extra arms coming out.
Looks like it wasn't even the one everybody says is the hardest. It was this huge guy Taotie. I started reading guides and everything, just absolutely could not do it.
03.02.2026 04:14 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0I beat every single boss in Wo Long on the first try, except for one right in the middle that took like 15 tries. I'm not sure what that means.
03.02.2026 04:09 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0The Irishman was kind of laser-targeted to immediately expose the hard limits of the tech. Do all the smoothing you want, if you immediately say "OK 75-year-old guy, inhabit the physicality of a 30-year-old now," like obviously he can't, your valley is uncanny, what can you do
03.02.2026 04:02 โ ๐ 2 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0I'm trying to get everything together for my own demo, so I probably shouldn't volunteer for anything right now, but if you're looking for testers down the line definitely let me know.
03.02.2026 03:58 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0For the most part it seems like it's saying 1 in 10 Americans just said yes no matter what, but I am curious about the subset who said "yeah obviously I could beat up an elephant, but a grizzly bear whoa no way"
02.02.2026 23:30 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0That sounds very cool - glad I wasn't just somehow missing a bunch of posts about it. I will be watching out for that for sure!
02.02.2026 09:56 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0Yeah I think it'd probably work fine then. I literally did it yesterday, though, so grain of salt here.
Is this game announced? I don't think I've seen it. "Sprite based JRPG with orchestral metal soundtrack" is something I want to put my eyes on.
My use case is very simple (just tons of ogg and png files and the scale is never gonna get huge), so I don't know if there'd be any difference there, but it's perfect so far. And yeah I prefer git in the console so that muscle memory is important to me too.

02.02.2026 08:19 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0I finally got annoyed enough to set up Git LFS to store the assets in South of the March, and this is definitely one of those things I should have done at step one.
02.02.2026 08:11 โ ๐ 3 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0How did Pagliacci get an appointment so quickly? He is clearly not from the town where he's seeing this doctor. Is Pagliacci at an urgent care?
02.02.2026 06:36 โ ๐ 4 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 2 ๐ 0To be fair, it depends on exactly what they mean by "popular," because that fairly shocking number of one star reviews is its own kind of activity.
02.02.2026 03:21 โ ๐ 2 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Sea of Stars is listed almost immediately after those in this screenshot. I'm having trouble imagining what kind of experience people like this had playing Sea of Stars.
