Something something the apartment isn't up to code stop harassing him and gave me some formal letter not to text him. He hasn't paid rent! He won't have rent next month! wtf is wrong with this guy!!??

One of my tenants wasn't able to pay rent this month, no job for 3 months so it's likely he won't have rent for September and when I pointed out that he has been in his room for 23-24 hours a day this whole time (true) and that he's apathetic he said he's afraid I'm going to get violent lol.
