Yes! I’ve exhausted multiple medication classes first and Botox is kind of a last resort before I think about medication I really don’t want to take at this time. I’m planning to ask about CGRP injectables in the future but I failed the oral ones.

This really hasn’t gotten enough attention this week.

Restless leg syndrome feels like it should be a torture method, especially when I want to fall asleep and my legs have a mind of their own

I’m too old for late night concerts when I don’t plan far enough ahead to reschedule the next days meetings. At least I didn’t drink tonight so I’ll just be sleep deprived and not hungover🫠

So the one medication that worked for my migraines is now off limits for me because I had a rare side effect☹️ Now I’m off to battle through the insurance process to get on Botox for the first time. Anyone who has done migraine Botox please reach out! Feeling pretty bummed today.

I’m so grumpy about open enrollment because I just did the math and I’ll be spending $3031 per year just to have insurance for me alone, about 2700 of that being medical insurance only (dental and vision are separate, DO NOT skip those if you can get them). I have good insurance too😭

Also I think the DWTS hate is really strong for some reason this season? Like it’s completely fine to have a fave but people are taking it way too far this season especially on social media. Be nice online please #dwts

Okay unpopular opinion but I think Elaine should go home. She’s probably the next to go based on the foot injury and the intensity of the daily practices so she should be eliminated this week in advance of that happening next week instead. If she makes it, I’ll keep voting for her though!

Started a new stardew farm and I’ve found 2 ancient seeds in the mines and I’m only on Spring 10 of Year 1

I am a STRESS CASE today. I might have left a tiny scratch on a car with other scratches today so I left a note but when I told someone else they told me that now that person can say I caused more damage😭 Do I leave the note still given that I actually can’t tell if I caused any damage?!?

PMDD deserves so much more attention imo, I know a few other women in my life who have it and struggled with intense suicidal thoughts and panic attacks for years because of this and only found out about PMDD in the last few years when more attention started being raised. Study women’s health!

Vulnerable post tonight- I have PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder) which is managed okay with an IUD, but makes my cycles inconsistent so I can’t always remember why I’m suddenly feeling incredibly anxious/depressed. I still have to remind myself every time to reevaluate in a week when it hits.
