Gardnerian witch, queer, nonbinary, parent. Got a seeker's group in southeast Michigan, but you’re only welcome if you’re queer, trans, or totally fine with people who are either.

Everything else is a galaxy.
Everything. Else. Is. A. Galaxy.
Ancestors, weave your shield around us.
Grant strength to our hands, courage to our hearts, and wisdom to our minds.
Let no harm find us, no fear break us, no doubt blind us.
We walk in your light, steady and true.
So mote it be. #WitchSky

I set out the Brat Bhride last night, and brought it in this morning. It's so icy outside. Today I clean the house, and make my offering of oatmeal, honey, milk, and good salty butter, along with herbal tea and plenty of candles. Beannachtaí na féile Bhríde ort! #witchsky #imbolc

He does have a book on Earth Energies, but his recent work has been on the history of Gerald Gardner and the New Forest coven. He also wrote a biography of Doreen Valiente. A very nice man!

My only interaction with Margot Adler involved her asking us suspiciously, "You're not a couple of those Hard Gards, are you?" I'm not sure how I would answer that anymore.

100% agreed. I reread Triumph of the Moon when the 20th anniversary came out, looking for differences, and it was great to revisit in light of Heselton's recent investigations.

Five years ago, my book OUTSIDE THE CHARMED CIRCLE made its debut. It's about gender, sexuality, embodiment, magic, and devotional praxis. It was a conscious act of queer magical resistance, and it's just as relevant today than when it was released.
I reread it a couple of years ago, after first reading it back in the 90s, and it's amazing how much of it continues to be relevant to my Craft practice! Lots of a-has.
