I used to stick negative reiews on my wall as a motivator to make the next book perfect.

Call it something else - 'cost-saving', 'energy security', 'future-proofing', 'public safety', 'flood protection', 'drought preparation', 'weather-proofing'.
Just don't mention the words: 'clean', 'green, 'warming' or 'climate'.
The NEED is still there, it's just the presentation needs to adjust.
