Glaze mixing
1 put on the proper gear.
2 look ready.
3 weigh and add ingredients.
4 weigh and add more ingredients.
5 add water and mix.
6 sift out large particles of the minerals.
7 this is what the larger particles look like.
Today I mixed a Temmoku glaze and a White cover. Fun stuff!
After about 6 hours of drying, pieces are covered in plastic. Then after a few more hours they are uncovered and trimmed. Handles are attached at this point as well.
