Yesterday (one month since my elbow fracture) I achieved a Pass with Distinction in Unarmed stage combat, making the ninth weapon system out of nine with the BASSC.

Thank you Stage Fight Scotland for putting up with me for a few years, to the class for amazing camaraderie.
