BikeSD is a nonprofit organization working to transform San Diego into a world-class city for bicycling through policy analysis, advocacy and outreach.
SANDAG promised critical bike projects back in 2013 as part of the Early Action Program. More than a decade later, many of those commitments still aren’t funded or delivered.

I can't stop smiling from last night. @thewaroncars.bsky.social delivered much-needed encouragement to fight the good fight with Life After Cars, along with tons of laughs and (deserved) dragging of SD car culture. I was at a workshop held by @bikesd.bsky.social to brainstorm ways to improve El Cajon Blvd and Councilmember Elo-Rivera was there. Just want to say he talked about how he bikes regularly for commutes and honestly I appreciate when govt leaders who use the infrastructure they vote on. We need more!
