If this problem were at Harvard, and Harvard only? It would be "a Harvard problem."

This is a problem with power, white men (in power), and money. The venn diagram is very nearly a circle, but this circle exists in many places. It isn't "a Harvard problem."

Add 3 tsp minced Ginger. Heat, then stir in squash & 6 cups of stock & 3 tsp of each: Coriander, Paprika, Pepper. Simmer 30 mins.
Puree (immersion blender, reg blender, food processor, potato masher)
Heat til warm, add 1/2 - 1 cup heavy cream. Stir. Add salt to taste, and a dash of nutmeg at serving

I make a Butternut Squash Bisque every year:
Butternut Squash, 3 lb, halved & de-seeded. Roast for 60-90 mins @ 350. (this can be done the day before). Peel the skin off then, and roughly cut up squash.
Then: Melt half stick Butter. Add 3 Leeks (white part), chopped. Stir for 2 min.
