It’s a male to male reducer, measure the diameter of the 2 threads. Take it to the orange diy shop and see if you can find something similar. Or buy some ptfe tape and wrap it round the threads 20+ times. Put it back in finger tight. Don’t forget the rubber washers.

Is there a rubber washer in both sides that this attaches to?
