It was a Sunday Times pod with its Food Editor to be specific, which was alarming. Saying she’d gone off Sunday roasts, but I am sure to be oversimplifying.

The latter. Having had a tumour took out my brain nearly a year ago it would be just my luck to be one of the 1 in 3 million to have some super rare side effect. (Also after all that and more pricks than *CANCELLED* whilst in hospital the needles don’t bother me at all)

I’ve managed 10 kilos haphazardly in a year but a tough 2 months means I haven’t braved the scales in 3-4 weeks.

This has mostly been a mix of avoiding booze and trying to bin takeaways.

I’m scared of the injections but that’s just me, it’s bloody hard so well done.
