WITNESS ME, BLOODBAG!
bringatrailer.com/listing/1951...
I'm so sorry!
I lost my 18 year old girl two weeks ago, a year after losing my 16 year old boy. And the feral living in my garage disappeared last spring after 5 years.
It's been rough and I miss them all.
TIL: the Boots poem in 28 Years Later was written by Kipling.

It's fun to see him pop up elsewhere now, like the latest Venom (briefly).
Woke up at 2am (yay insomnia!), remembered it was out, and started reading.
Great so far!
Hans didn't make it. Despite IV fluids, hydration treatments, and $2000 of meds, tests, and exams, my little man was still dangerously dehydrated. My vet told me plain, if I took him home it would be cruelty to him.
I wasn't ready for this, thank you to everyone who has helped. You're all amazing.
Sis & I had to do this last year. She'd been living on her own, far from town.
Luckily, mom had $$$ for an assisted living place. Fed her, and also regular van trips to stores.
I feel for those who don't have the means to do so - society isn't providing for them at this time.
Other than that, I've played RE4 more than any other.
After my first play through, as soon as I saw the Infinite Rocket Launcher, I had to keep playing until I had enough to afford it.
Right now, life in the USA.

Could probably do an interesting level like this.
There's something satisfying and calming about finishing out each box!

Richard Scarry's Best Rainy Day Book Ever
I remember having fun with this!
(Not like we had any shortage of rainy days in the PNW)
Been having trouble sleeping.
And the kittens decided at 1am that it was time to run around the bed and pounce on each other/me.
They're fast asleep now.
Started it a few hours ago, because sleep is for chumps.
Liking it so far - just arrived at the fair!
Agreed!
They range from excellent to 'only' very good. Did a re-read recently after the most recent book came out.
Last picture of Bella
Sad news.
My sweet kitty Bella turned 18 last month, but had been getting slower and creakier, and losing weight no matter what she ate.
Tonight, found her on the floor unable to stand. Emergency vet said her kidneys were in very bad shape.
It was time.
I'll miss her so much.
I also can't think of 'bubble & squeak' and not hear Florence Pugh saying it.

Ham is, unfortunately, kinda farty.
Might have been him.
This is a wonderful short story!
We get to spend some time with Jemis Greenwing's mom and learn about their family during a walk through a magical forest.
Woooooooo!
Also, can't wait for the new novel (but understand that it takes time).
Repo Man's always intense.

Ugh. Checked mine. It was there.
At least you can do this (at least for now)
To my fellow cishet dudes: when we are quiet about supporting the trans community, the only voices anyone hears are the Charlie Kirks of the world. Don't let accusations of being "performative" or "virtue signaling" shut you up - that's their whole point. Our voices are needed now more than ever.
