Potylo was shot in the chest by DHS rooftop snipers with pepper-spray balls despite him being completely nonviolent and in full accordance with the law. As we've seen time and time again, these violent thugs that have swelled the ranks of ICE despise being mocked. Many of them joined the fascist paramilitary force to forcibly extract respect from others and now they're discovering that most Americans hate them. "I hope I can sue ICE and DHS, and all the money I raise will go towards top lawyers. AS far as they want to go with it, I want to go a lot further. I want to sue the living shit out of them," said Potylo.

After he was shot with the incredibly painful projectiles at a location in Portland that has become the site of daily anti-ICE protests, Potylo was grabbed by masked federal enforcers and dragged inside a building where he was "bullied" for half an nour. He described the entire traumatizing ordeal as "ludicrous." "I traveled to Portland and did what I do: Sing sexy karaoke hits on a 100-watt PA amp around my neck, dressed as a giraffe,'" said Potylo. "Before they detained me, they had snipers on the roof shooting pepper paintballs at me. I got hit in the chest and the groin. I have footage of one of them smiling as he hit me," he explained. Potylo's performance included a rendition of "Y.M.C.A" with the words "Young man" changed to "Fuck ICE" and remarks about Donald Trump's friendship with the late billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. He also called the agents "Chickenshit" and glorified mall cops" with super-soakers." "But I had to take a break because the pepper was so strong. ICE thought they'd won, but my fellow activists washed my eyes with saline, and I went right back to singing like before," said Potylo. It was at that point that an officer stationed on the ground warned him against crossing the building's "Do Not Cross Line." He obeyed the order, but the agents pounced anyway.

"But they'd had enough of me catcalling them from behind the gate, so three of them grabbed me. They just couldn't take it," he explained. He was then roughly dragged inside and "trolled" by 15 to 20 officers who apparently had nothing to do with their taxpayer-funded time. The agents abused their powers, confident in the knowledge that the Trump administration would back them. 'It's all a joke to them behind closed doors, it felt like high school all over again," Potylo said. "Militant jock types, bullying and joking, asking if 1 really came from Boston just to do this. The irony is they're not local. They admitted they had been brought in trom out of state." Potylo attended another protest at an ICE facility in Chicago and his analysis of the worsening authoritarian crackdowns is spot on--'These guys are just a distraction for the Christian-nationalist crowd while the government pillages the coffers-tax breaks for the top 1 percent, stripping Social Security and education," he said.
