Yeahhh…I will talk to Joe but I would be very surprised if this bill moved.

Very often an idea that seems good at first is, in fact, not. This is why you should talk to other people before buying something $$ and dangerous AND we should have a public process before we turn a bill into a law.

If you feel like you're losing your mind as this administration plays footsy with the idea of INVADING GREENLAND, then you're not alone.

Let me be clear: America will NOT invade a NATO ally. My Republican colleagues need to join me in making that crystal clear.

It's an old and obvious pattern. An unpopular president - failing on the economy and losing his grip on power at home - decides to launch a war for regime change abroad.

The American people don’t want to “run” a foreign country while our leaders fail to improve life in this one.

No tears shed for Maduro, an illegitimate authoritarian ruler. But what comes next? Trump unilaterally sent American servicemembers to remove a foreign ruler and his plan is that the U.S. will run Venezuela?

There are serious concerns about the risk this poses to American lives + national security.

It is outrageous for a President who is tanking our economy here at home to suggest that the American taxpayer spend a fortune to “run” another country while doing nothing to make life better in America. I opposed the war in Iraq from the outset—and the parallels here are glaring.
