117 hours in Arknights Endfield & I'm closing in on 100%, or as close as i can.
Finished the main story, all the side stories I can find, upgraded all the facilities except 2 (currently working on). All that's left to do now is scour all the maps for every collectible.
Then wait for updates. Hehe

Just finished watching Predator Badlands on Disney+

That was an absolute blast.
If you like predator movies, action movies, or have an intetest in the Predator/Aliens universe, I highly recommend.
Just gotta wait for the bluray release as I'm definitely picking it up.

That's a wrap on Arknights: Endfield's story so far...
Now on to min-maxing my team, finishing some sidequests, & a ton of factory refinement.
Glorious.
Looking forward to the next story installment.

Tried Nioh 3 demo on PS5.
It's definitely a no from me.
The setting is getting real old.
The graphics look a little brown & drab. & have a 'greasy' look to them.
The controls are pretty tight until they aren't with lost inputs.
Performance was OK though until mid boss, where it dipped to sub 30.

69 hours in to Arknights: Endfield & it throws a whole new area with a whole new seperate currency at me, including a whole new set of tutorials.

Welp, thats year 54 started.

Currently enjoying Arknights: Enfield on PS5.
A bit of Genshin/Wuthering Waves mixed with a little Factorio/Satisfactory.
Very satisfying so far. & it's FREE.

I played a little Deathloop, wasn't a fan but I can see why people enjoyed it.
I'll get back to Control's dlc once I get some more time.

Finally finished Control (PS5).
I know i know, it took me a while to get to, but i finally had a gap in releases so I decided to get my head down & finish it.
Fantastic fun, I may even go back for the cleanup & even try the DLC's.

I'll watch it on whichever streaming site decides to license it, then decide whether to grab it on bluray.

It reminds me of a short story I read way back in the 90s. Hopefully it doesn't end the same way.

Just picked up Sinners on bluray. All I've heard about it are good things, so fingers crossed.
Gonna watch later while I inhale my dinner.

Got my PPL. Now to increase my flight hours by taking passengers on short sky tours.

Bought Microsoft Flight Sim 2024 on PS5.
Training like mad to get my PPL (private pilot licence I think) so I can pootle around everywhere solo.
Once that's done, I'll be getting my flight hours up in preparation for my commercial licence so I can fly a 747 transatlantic.

Points off for multi health bar damage sponge enemies, every major boss runs away or you become incompetent the first time you face them, massive flag waving story tropes everywhere.
I DID have a ton of fun though, & would recommend.

For those wondering...
I'm currently 70ish hours into Where Winds Meet with only 22% of the story done.
I've been spending most of my time playing solo mode, but have dipped into the MMO side more than I thought I would.
I'd still recommend if you want something MMO-like with souls'ish combat.

Picked up a few bits for the PS5 in the last week or two.
Warhammer40k Rogue Trader Voidheart edition (£35), & Age of Empires 4 anniversary edition digital deluxe (£55)

I thought I'd give Where Winds Meet a try on PS5 seeing as its free.
Imagine combat similar to Sekiro/Nioh, in an open world akin to Assassins Creed/Tsushima/Yotei, with Genshin/FF14/WoW social interactions.
Where you can turn the MMO off & play solo whenever you want.
This is glorious so far.

I fear a digipocalypse is coming.
I'm slowly dropping digital stuff (streaming services etc) & going back to physical media, phonecalls, & face-to-face interactions.

Welp, Dismal+ just increased their sub to £15 a month. I'm officially out.

The combat is barebones, pretty easy & ultimately boring. The real meat of the game is exploration, world building & puzzles. You'll definitely need a pen & paper, your eyes, ears, & memory.
