Idk, it's just nice to be able to enjoy gore without kinda feeling like I'm facilitating some dude's weird and concerning fetish.

The Final Destination series is like the anti-Terrifier, in a way. Characters still die in ludicrous, slow, and torturous ways, but bc it happens to men and women equally, no one is left wondering if the director secretly has a skin suit made from women's corpses in his closet.

It takes a lot to make me cringe during a horror movie, but lmao, that eyelash scene in The Ugly Stepsister made me physically recoil. #horrorsky #justwatched #shudder

Also, do give this movie a go if you have shudder and enjoy folk horror. Irish language movies are few and far between, and I genuinely want this movie (and "An Taibshe" which also came out last year) to be a success.

Finally getting to watch this bc it never got a theatrical release (or at least not near where I live). I'm still angry that they've called it "Fréwaka" and not "Fréamhacha" which is less silly and ACTUALLY CORRECT, but Irish language movies are so rare that I can't complain. #horrorsky #nowwatching
