That's wonderful...great mix...I find filo too thin...in Turkey that was for only Baklava...still haven't tried to make the thicker form yet...someday...used to watch it get made and figured I'd leave that to those who know...lol

oh god yes...in Turkey we had a slightly different take on it...it was rolled but same filling...unbelievable...have been making a take on it mixing a bit of a Gaetano pie and Spanakopita...got to love spinach...use mozzarella instead of feta...works well
