It is pretty noticeable that even as mainstream opinion on Israel and Gaza finally shifts, you don’t hear the Responsible Adults apologizing for punishing all the college kids protesting the atrocities. Quite the opposite in fact!

I looked this up a few years ago, and the numbers suggested (I'm not an expert!) that we grow *almost* enough food for the entire world, and very easily could make up the rest if we made use of private land and/or stopped making quite so much non-essential stuff.
