I never have 'seen' people steal food... Nor will I ever...

I wear glasses, and I don't see so well, anyway. But even if I did see well, I am never going to see anyone stealing food. Working class people stealing food is something that has never happened in history, and will never happen.

Of the 40 or so million people who rely on food stamps:

* Two-thirds are children, seniors, or disabled

* Most working-age adults who receive SNAP are employed—but in jobs that pay poverty wages

The issue that was supposed to print this week contained criticism of the Whitten regime and IUs further slide into scist control, and they couldn't allow that to happen during Homecoming, when all the rich alumni are in town. Enter Purdue! The Purdue student paper, The Exponent, owns its own presses. Yesterday, in an act of tremendous solidarity with their biggest rival school, they printed the forbidden issue of the IDS. They then drove it to Bloomington overnight and stocked all of the IDS boxes on campus, just in time for Homecoming. Solidarity is what makes us stronger, and solidarity will be what ultimately allows us to triumph, if we can ever truly get it together. I hope everyone has a fun, safe day if they're going out today, and I hope we can think about what acts of solidarity we can begin taking to really make this movement MOVE - beyond a permitted expression of upset into more active resistance. 75 12 comments

I think we really should stop using antifa and just fully say anti-fascist and get them saying they are against anti fascism. Using antifa is giving them some distance and I genuinely think some of their base don’t even know that’s what it stands for.

They don't really care if they do as long as they stay rich. Their poor supporters will keep them with low wage labor and they'll have the rest of us incarcerated so they can have legal slave labor.

I mean - you're just sharing your opinion they so love to tout as part of their rights. I imagine since they can't distinguish opinion from fact, which is telling in this case, they can't quite comprehend that is what is happening here.
