That's what life has been reduced to for some of us, living in constant dread.

Absolutely exhausting.

I'm doing okay just focusing on my son and the other parts of my life that matter, the issue has been that whenever a piece comes out talking about me the racists come out of their holes.

It's like people want me to be destroyed because im not at nasa, but I'm not. If anything I'm tired of it now.

I'm that former employee on the piece, and all I have to say is I wish they left it deleted.

Since this whole thing started in Feb, I've gotten an absolutely insane amount of harassment. Not from people at NASA but from maniacs and racists who support this administration.

I want my peace back.

Can I ask something of you... Since I stayed on this app, can I be left out of the NASA conversations? I know NASA is a big deal and I appreciate the time there, but believe it or not my life is SO MUCH MORE than that. People talk about being "inspirational" but they don't mention people talking about my uterus, my legal status, the racism, the *constant harassment* when an article comes out. I got fired, so did a lot of other people. I'd like to move on from it, we have so much going on.

I thought me giving 1 or 2 interviews about the whole nasa mess would put it to rest, nope just more drama from strangers and degrading comments.

Keep your "fame" folks, I want peace.

I honestly don't know how people chase clout so much and want to be famous, I find it absolutely exhausting.

The way others talk about you as if they know anything at all based on posts or articles, the assumptions, the degrading. I left most of social media years ago to avoid this very thing.

I don't come on this app often, but then I do this is a good stop.

I follow the news as much as possible, but I have to say as much as I don't like meta I spend more time on Threads.
I have a very supportive community there, and it helps with keeping informed for mine and my son's safety. Now that the country is so openly dangerous.

So it is what I thought, you have to follow people by groups based on the topic. It's not organic.

Do people in here discuss the country falling apart and all the abuses happening, or is this one of those places where no one wants to talk about "the negative".

I've been wanting to pay more attention to this account, but I'm not sure I can deal with denial right now.

Hi Bryan, it's okay. I don't think many people even know about it. It kind of went ridiculously viral and that's how most people found out.

I don't spend much time in here so my account is rather small compared to what my Twitter was so that also means not many people saw it.

Just to save future "debates" Nuance will always be important to me regarding the space industry, HOWEVER: There is *not a single thing* that anyone can say about Tr*mp and El*n that will ever make me respect them, feel bad for them, appease them, tolerate them, or pretend that I do. Even if I never step foot at nasa again. You can keep deleting me, sensor me, shadow-ban me, keep me out of space-related things, use my posts against me. I love space, but I don't sell myself for it.

Since I'm not as active on socials, and there are way too many "devil's advocates" in my field trying to talk to me or about me in this.

Honestly I wouldn't mind at all, I'm tired of giving my all to things and people only to end up like this.

The amount of damage coming from all of this for years to come, I can't even think about it without both fear and anger.
