And that’s a wrap on The Revolutionists at Starkville Community Theatre. Playing Marie Antoinette was such a dream! I loved her sass, her charm, and (most importantly) her shiny shoes. Hundreds of rhinestones brought these heels to life and I will find every excuse to wear them. 👠✨💎

I’ve been on a scifi kick lately but it’s time to switch gears! Sasha Sagan’s “For Creatures Such As We” has been on my TBR for (literally) years. It’s always recommended to new witches who are unsure of their path or are secular, like me. One chapter in and already feel connected to it. 💡📚🔮

This is so interesting to me because Murderbot and I think *very* similarly but I always pictured it as male-presenting. So funny how everyone creates their own image and idea of it - curious to see how the show turns out.

Read it for the first time a few weeks back and absolutely loved it!! Finally finished the series a few days ago and I’m dying for more. The writing doesn’t knock your socks off, but the stories are interesting and they just pull you in. 🦾

It introduced Trek to a lot of people who did not grow up with it or didn’t have parents who were into it. I enjoyed the movies a lot! Didn’t get too much into the various series until years later but JJ’s movies def were a gateway drug into the Trekkie life!
