In the eye of the electorate I think there is a growing sense this is the case with the major parties having let them down.

It’s for Lab to show now not just why Reform aren’t viable but what Lab can do to make people’s lives better

It’s also a relatively unique event given it was prompted by a constituent being assaulted by their MP…

Lab need to understand impact of their policy decisions in deprived areas and know they can’t just rest on their laurels.

But all in this feels expected and a signal for Lab

A bit tired of the ‘shock’ narrative around reform and shifting politics. An imploding Cons Party (as per traditional cycles) with a Tory-lite Labour Party is always going to push voters away.

Reform have presented as a viable alternative, whether you like it or not.

Only a v small part of Mexican cuisine but this place is v good albeit odd opening hours and out of the way if you’re not in the area. Worth the trip
