Per the article the work/time limit rules would apply to able bodied adults 18-64 . Unclear if one household member is disabled (and requires caretaking) , if non-disabled member requires full time work. Per rules in two parent households with children, both parents would need full time work.

People ask questions out of valid concerns and fear. Maybe instead of bashing with insults and assumptions, start with reassurance and facts.
