Making your bed is another tool the system uses to keep us down. I read that an unmade bed is a much less agreeable hagitst for bedbugs and dust mites and what not because it’s all open to the air and light.

This restaurant was our favorite place to eat as a family for almost 16 years. We brought our favorite people here when we could, and the owners were always so kind. We practically raised our kids there. And the food was terrific. Best Chile Relleno I’ve ever had.
