I must admit our new third away shirt is rather superb. Bold & unique, a far cry from the copy & paste efforts of Adidas & Nike. Hummel have just elevated our appearance to the next level & I can’t wait to see all three kits in PL action. Right, what’s my CVV number again 😅 #safc

I’ve been very grateful that lately work has been keeping me busy, to the point that I’m somewhat sleep deprived. It’s part of the job, it happens & when sleep is available I’ll take it. It would be wrong not to reference RLB today. Goodness where to begin? His footballing brain is beyond my comprehension. He was meticulously, decisive & ultimately processed the reasoning to sub the departing Watson on to write himself into Wearside folklore. Masterclass #safc

It must be said that Patrick Roberts instigated that comeback. His quality came through on the biggest footballing stage & inspired our second half performance. It hasn’t come off most of the time this season but he’s so integral & deserved his chance in the Premier League #safc

At the 4th attempt I managed to celebrate a Wembley win with my Dad. I can’t express how emotional this moment is due to all the past heartache. The final whistle, the emotion, the tears, the jubilant embraces. Just an incredible moment I truly can’t put into words. Love my dad, love my club #safc

I remember acquiring my 2014 League Cup tickets via an Irish travel agency for £800 which included a hotel in Hackney. The tickets were posted A4 print outs that looked so sketchy yet miraculously worked. Sensing I’m probably going down the same route this week 😂 #safc

I’m assuming as Sheffield are listed on the fixture as the ‘home’ team. It’s happened with all our previous playoffs when we’ve been listed as the ‘away’ team. E.G Charlton (Gold & Black kits)

I think you could certainly get away the white shirt but I doubt they’ll clear it. It’s grown on me over the course of the season but it’s got a dreadful record. Not that I’m superstitious.

I’m usually one to flirt with optimism but today’s result (& those previous) have been utterly diabolical. Yes, the playoffs can be treated with isolation but you want to bring in some form & desire. I know we’ve had injuries but the performances have been woeful. Hoping for a miracle. #safc

Need to remember that won’t be the team that spearheads the playoffs. However it’s disappointing to see little desire to play our style or build momentum. Jobe a big miss. Team really need to pull it together soon. #safc

With playoffs confirmed, would you like to see RLB offer more minutes to fringe players or begin solidifying the starting 11 to fine tune & gain momentum? Fine balance needed as we’re not firing on all cylinders yet so prone to injuries.

Goodness the reactions from today’s result 😮‍💨 Yes today was poor & disappointing, but that’s football, it happens. We’ve squandered games this season, but take a moment to appreciate what we’ve achieved & challenged for. Leaps & bounds from last year. Stop being so short sighted & petty #safc

Exactly that. We just need to ensure we’re carrying in form into the likely playoff campaign. Provide Mundle/ Watson some minutes, optimise the formation & that’ll be a formidable team. H’ever, gather form, pressure those above & ya never know what might happen…

Thoroughly over the last minute equaliser/defeat feeling. Footballs gut punch. However I’m buoyant. We’re having a fantastic season, an exciting squad & although the maths is tough, we still have games to ensure there’s plenty of twists & turns in this promotion race. #safc

You can never say never but it’s looking slim. The pressure is now on the two above & hopefully we can capitalise on any mistakes. We just need to regroup, continue what has been some great form & be prepared for any eventuality.

Safe yet enjoyable. An intriguing plot that doesn’t really capitalise on its potential. Luckily the talented leads make it compelling to see to the end. However I think a trick was missed with the premise.

Although the league has proven its unpredictability, do we think this result puts an end to our top 2 aspirations? Anything can happen but today’s misstep feels like the hill became a mountain.
