My view from the top of North Sonoma Mountain today. A lovely way to soften this era of unrest. How did you find respite today?

I got to see the condors in Pinnacles a few years ago. This new data about how they are flourishing and spreading to new territories is very exciting. I’m extending an invitation to any condor who would like to check our wine country, Sonoma County.

I love this photo. I live next to the Mayacama range, and love watching the coastal fog dance in and above the Valley of the Moon.

What a serene scene. I did some nature journaling by a pond where a coyote was chasing a deer. Strange aspirations. Kind of a big meal!

Nature does help us see multiple truths. There will always be beauty. There will always be change. Resting in this knowledge is so much easier on our bodies than reacting to what we experience.
