I traveled on this 1938 stock yesterday on the Piccadilly Line. It was absolutely incredible! It was like travelling back in time. I’m so thankful that the London Transport Museum does stuff like this. I thoroughly recommend it.

It’s nice to see D8001 back in action at the EOR again, even if it does look like it needs a repaint. At one point it was the royal train! 😂 Pitchford Hall was put in the naughty corner for setting fire to everything yesterday and we had some interesting looking passengers sat in one of the coaches.
