Someone I follow has been shadow banned and they post almost exclusively about the video game Sky. Out of thousands of posts about Sky, there were maybe 4 political ones. It’s terrible.

I would love to know what other viewers thought. Was it the cilantro of endings and I am just in the soap-gene camp?

I can say it’s good. I just wanted the end to feel TRIUMPHANT or something, I guess. Instead, it was nice, like universally nice.

- he made me absolutely fall in love with the characters and then *poof*, rubbed my face in his intentions. I am sure that I could NOT do better but the first 3/4 were probably the finest story telling tv can give us. A “nice” ending felt, I don’t know, less than?

I wanted an ending to a cool story. I didn’t need the story to crawl through its own navel to stare back at it. I wish nothing but good things and continued sobriety for Jason Segal, but -

Lots of pain recently. I binge watched The Gryphon and Dispatches from Elsewhere. Before I finished it, I would have said Dispatches was better but the ending p—ed me off, not because I don’t like the sentiment but because the sentiment was there from the beginning.

That was preachy. Maybe I’m too old for this. Of course we’re all one. I did enjoy the story a great deal. I wish we’d wrapped up inside it.

Maybe there will be less pain tomorrow and I can do something useful.

Peter is imo autistic without any obvious learning disabilities, just (initially) doing what he was taught he was supposed to.

Janice - I don’t know. Maybe she’s the token NT.

But Simone - social anxiety, maybe sensory processing disorder and cPTSD.

Fredwynn - really high IQ, ADHD for sure. Maybe autistic without other learning disabilities.

Dispatches from Elsewhere is excellent. Incredibly intriguing and I am having fun trying to identify every characters’ neurodivergence & boy are they relatable in their neurodivergence!
