The two CORV unit for my Grimnyr are ready. I replaced the flying stand with pine bark, the pinning to the rock is still visible in some angles, but I prefer this type of flying models, for me it looks more to be in it's relevant environment.

Some before and after shot of Yvia Volga and how I tried to correct the gaps she had when I bought her second hand. I mostly used greenstuff. Reworking the base was also a big improvement I think (and a way to avoid focusing too much on the defects).

Pre-assembly version of my Kapricus. Working in subassembly was really efficient on this one. The only tricky one was the driver, it's a bit of a tiny fit but it just snaps into place when you put it right.

Looking back on the Kapricus, here are pictures of the base I created for it: I used milliput to create a footprint of the flying stand, then I used crackle paint for the place where each of the magnacoil would be to try to show how they would have erroded the soil.
