Yeah blender is really easy nowadays since there is a lot of good tutorial on youtube and yeah rextexturing them could help a bit for sure. Oh and when you feel comfortable with the engine of your choice dont forget to try a game Jam or two !

I mean you can still try both of them and see the one you like more and then start making small prototype and games. and if you more into 3d stuff well remember that you will also have to know how to use blender to model stuff because premade asset are kinda meh when its free.

today its puzzle script day for me ! I might make a level every day and then make a little compilation of the level i made into a small game :) at least that's the plan for using more of this really cool software :D #gamedev #puzzle

This week i have been playing Peggle and Peggle Nights and even find out you can make your own custom level for the game ! So i might try doing that one day for sure ! Looks kinda easy to understand and fun :) #gamedev

right now im working on 3 different #ttrpg and it has been really cool making stuff like this on my free time.

uhmm not really because i kinda like the fact that the player has to write in a physical notebook all the client they served and how they performed. But i know that the idea could be kinda nice in a video games format for a small game or a mini-game inside a bigger game !

been working on a ttrpg about trading goods and traveling a sandy planet inspired by Dune.

spend most of today working on a procedural traveling system with the use of 2D6.

and gonna spend some time now working and the buy and sell goods system.

been making dungeon, caverns and villages maps this past week and it was pretty cool i must say. really liked the part where i was looking through old dungeons & dragons module to find how they did thing back then and it was really interesting.
