Spooky season is upon us! Highly suggest checking out the 1988 cheese-classic Halloween horror flick, "Hack-o-Lantern." Hy Pyke gives a performance for the ages as a Satan-worshipping grandpa set on corrupting his grandson. So much nonsense: gratuitous nudity, non sequitars, & overacting galore.

Just watched first ep of the horror series "Marianne" on Netflix. Holy jeezus. Terrifying and unsettling. This is compelling horror with a deft touch by someone who knows how to do horror right. Only one jump scare in the first ep and still had me on the edge of my seat. Worth a watch for sure.

Loved it as Diggstown here in the States. We’re covering “Jaws” in our next ep, and I plan to discuss Roy Scheider’s 11-1 amateur record (w 11 stoppages). He was apparently a decent welterweight before he got into acting.

Big recording tonight as we chop up the 1973 psychedelic folk horror film, "The Wicker Man." Based on David Pinner's 1967 novel, "Ritual," this movie is unsettling, as it takes aim at contemporary Christianity vs. Celtic paganism. Starring Edward Woodword & Christopher Lee. Come check us out!
