He is creating the environment for (essentially) a civil war with California (and potentially other states) which will eventually lead him to declaring marshall law, and goodbye habeas corpus, due process and the rule of law …

They should tax *corporations* directly with an employer tax that is per employee and some percentage of that employees salary. Companies get to deduct this. Then I get a W-2 that does not include this employer tax. I don’t get double-taxed.

SALT deductions (or lack thereof): I find it unfair that my state taxes me and I don’t see the money, then the feds tax me on the full amount.

I think it’s time states changed the rules.

The Democratic Party should make abundantly clear: When they are re-elected they will not only reverse all of Tr*mp’s idiot policies but double down on environmental rules and civil rights and enshrine them into actual law. Any profits made by avoiding past and future regulations will be forfeit.

This could be solved if the entire DOJ quit. If they were all actual upstanding lawyers, they would.

Here is a scenario: certain products are going to be a LOT cheaper in Canada and Mexico. So the administration has just created a huge incentive for someone to sneak into the US with a few phones to cover the cost of their trip…

How can you deport American citizens ?! And would these “violent” offenders (say with a soccer tattoo) also be grabbed off the streets and flown to El Salvador without due process too ?
