Last night I played a show for the local progressive caucus. The room was packed. Several people - young folks - in that space are running for office.

The scene gave me a lot of hope. Don’t give in, y’all.

Shy of a decade ago, I was terrified by the sound of my guitar coming through an amplifier. Now I'm gearing up for my second of three gigs in a week's time.

I find a lot of joy in my various jobs. Sure wish I could make a good living from one of them.
