The most evil part of cutting Medicaid is that if you apply for Medicaid and don’t receive it (under their new BS definition of who qualifies), you can NOT receive subsidized Affordable Care Act insurance. So…this is their work around to neuter Obama Care. They will push millions off of insurance!!!
