Slum lords made me remove it

Landlords forced me to remove it, even though I had permission to construct it and it's been there for years. They are trying to get me out of the house to raise rents legally with a new tenant rent control laws just went into effect here.

Got the lights back on in my biocube today, manually removing green algae and doing a water change but I spotted this critter. Can anyone identify? This frag plug had zoas on it a year or two ago but I thought they all died is it a survivor or a little anenome? Friend or foe?
