Of course there is. Just like the dot-com bubble, the crypto bubble, the tulip bubble and many many more. Give something new enough hype and investors will ignore the fundamentals and throw themselves on the bonfire.

Simplicity is an excellent fund. It performs well but the really important thing is the low fees. They make a huge difference to what you end up with at maturity. You'll be needing that to pay your legal bills ;-)

I doubt the, 'more than a logging truck' bit is correct but they certainly are harder on tyres, and therefore the road, than similar sized cars. Especially if you're a bit heavy footed like yours truly.
