"in what way are large classes (like more students than actually fit in the room) disadvantageous to learning?" Instead of looking for a magical class size ask what is too big. And maybe not conveniently blame teachers as the sole reason for the problem

I am reasonably convinced that the treaties were not actually negotiated in good faith, that the whole purpose was to get the land and the overall hope was that the people would go away so the promises did not need to be kept The schools were part of getting the people to go away
