If I had it to do over again I'd finish out my history degree, then get a culinary degree (local tech school has an excellent one), then set out to recreate food from any period of history that interested me.

Might finish the TV Production degree for YT or just open a restaurant, I dunno.

I think the only media that's explored that has been the games. Star Fleet Battles, Star Trek Online, and I'm pretty sure Star Trek Adventures has given us a few, but I haven't gone beyond the Federation source material for that one.

Teachers are often held to stricter standards, especially with minors, and 18+ students, than non-teachers. Were he not a teacher, it would be creepy, but not illegal, depending on ages of consent.
