Tomato workers in a field
These San Joaquin Valley tomato workers get up at 3am to prepare for the day. They start early because of the heat. Their buckets weigh 25lbs when full. They run carrying them across the rows to get to the dumping station, so they could harvest as many as possible. #WeFeedYou

Kay passed away Jan, 2025 and left many quilts unfinished.
