I use the 40” for everything! I find with a longer cable there tends to be less strain on the join between the cable and the needle.

I have some wooden buttons I was planning on using. The mother-to-be is very into the neutral vibe otherwise I would have made something much more cutsie and silly.

Yesterday’s was that I had super duper curly hair (I don’t) and someone had to brush it out while it was dry.

Lately I’ve been having what I like to call a mundane nightmare every night. Last night was going through sandwich bags of beaded costume jewelry and deciding what to keep. And not saving them to be reused at a later date…

It’s incredible what an inkling of hope feels like.

For 50g skeins I use two, start both socks at the same time and do my best to match up the cast ons.

I think it would work well. There’s about an inch difference between the cuff and the ankle but adjusting it for knee high wouldn’t be too difficult.

The connecting color will turn them all into squares! I just have to figure out what the color is…

All my markers are in a crappy box that wiggles them all together if I’m not careful with it. But I haven’t had to count rows on any sock or sleeve to get a matching pair since. So worth it 🤷🏻‍♀️
