So this was missed. I’m being told that too much time has passed and there’s nothing they can do. The email was sent on 5th Sept and tickets for that game have not gone on sale yet so surely there’s a chance I can be added back to the scheme?

But was told that the payment has likely failed at the clubs end. In this case they email and tell you it has failed, and if you don’t respond to that within a certain time, then there’s nothing they can do. My partner was in the hospital giving birth to twins who had some complications…
