We will never, ever restore a constitutional democracy unless we burn SCOTUS to the ground. First day Dems have the trifecta, it’s gotta be end filibuster, approve a slate of 12+ additional judges — no hearings, just vote — and then 3) start building a New Republic. The attacks on trans rights, which are basic human rights, are a terrible injustice and an attack on truth and fact as well. Everyone should be deeply alarmed and it should be disqualifying for a politician to support such discrimination.
